Terms and Conditions

The item you have purchased will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery. We can specify a delivery day, but not the delivery time. A signature is required at the designated delivery address.

By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel your purchase during this cooling-off period, please enclose a note, giving the reason for the return, package the item securely and send it back to this address:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning any goods. We will refund in full what you paid for the item within 14 days of the date we receive the returned item.

If you take delivery of goods that have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for replacement. We will refund your postage.
