Self portraits
Whenever I have been short of a sitter I have only had to look in the mirror. Self portraits have given me the chance to try out a new angle, a new composition, or new ways of working. Besides, I am a huge fan of Rembrandt, and his series of self portraits are still among the greatest paintings ever made.
